KOMEG thermal shock TST series make it possible to quickly and autonomously transfer test items back and forth repeatedly between hot and cold environments.
Our standard thermal shock test chamber has two compartments.
The heated compartment supports temperatures of 200°C.
The cooled compartment supports temperatures of -80°C.
Climatic thermal shock test chamber is used to test the bearing extent of the material structures and composite material in an instant and continuous high temperature and extremely low temperature environment , that is in the shortest time to test its thermal expansion and contraction caused by chemical change or physical harm. Application objects, including metal, plastic, rubber, electronics ... and other materials can be used as a basis to improve their products or reference.
Thermal shock testing exposes products to alternating low and high temperatures to accelerate failures caused by temperature cycles or thermal shocks during normal use. The transition between temperature extremes occurs very rapidly, greater than 15 °C/min.

Horizontal, three zone thermal shock chamber utilizes controlled areas for hot, ambient and cold temperatures.
Double duty thermal shock chambers from KOMEG are designed with hot zones above and below the cold zone and a two compartment product carrier that simultaneously moves products between the hot and cold zones.
