Control method

a long period of time.
Slow cooling and solutions
1. Analysis of Non-refrigeration of Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber and Solution to

First of all, look at whether the constant temperature and humidity test chamber is running at low
temperature for a long time. When the programmable constant temperature and humidity test chamber
finishes the low temperature operation, the evaporator freezes. It is better to perform drying at about 60°C
for about 30 minutes. Open the door, this time can solve the problem that the constant temperature and
humidity box does not cool.
2. Constant temperature and humidity box electrical appliances, circuits are operating normally. Since the
temperature of the constant temperature and humidity chamber cannot be maintained, it is observed
whether the refrigeration compressor can be started during the operation of the test chamber and the
compressor can be started during the operation of the environmental test equipment. Shanghai Hairui

the machine is normal, and there is no problem with the electrical system.
3. There is no problem with the electrical system and check the refrigeration system again. First of all, it is
checked that the exhaust and suction pressures of low-temperature (R23) compressors of the two sets of
refrigeration units are lower than normal and the suction pressure is in a pumped-out state, indicating that
the amount of refrigerant in the main refrigeration units is insufficient.
