The control system of the test chamber can be said to be the heart of the entire facility and is in charge of
cooling, heating, humidity control, circulation, and control.
In terms of refrigeration, compressors are imported from Germany. The refrigeration system consists of a
high temperature section and a low temperature section, each of which is a relatively independent
refrigeration system. The evaporation of the refrigerant in the high temperature portion absorbs the heat
from the refrigerant in the low temperature portion to vaporize; the evaporation in the low temperature
portion of the refrigerant absorbs heat from the object to be cooled (the air in the testing machine) to obtain
the cooling amount. Between the high temperature part and the low temperature part is connected by an
evaporative condenser, which is both the condenser of the high temperature part and the condenser of the
low temperature part.
The heating system adopts a completely independent nickel-chromium alloy electric heating type, which
has a large resistivity, a small temperature coefficient of resistance, a small deformation at high temperature
and is not easy to embrittle, and its own heating temperature can reach 1000-1500°C, and its service life is
Humidification is the main part of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber which is different
from the high and low temperature test chambers. The constant temperature and humidity test chamber
adopts an external isolation type, stainless steel boiler superficial surface evaporative humidifier. The
dehumidification method uses mechanical refrigeration to dehumidify the air to a temperature below the
dew point, so that moisture vapor that is greater than the saturated moisture content condenses and
precipitates, thus reducing the humidity.
Air circulation system:
The air circulation system consists of a temperature-resistant, low-noise air-conditioner motor and a multi-
blade centrifugal wind wheel. It provides the circulation of air inside the tester.
