Features
6.2 Control System Integration Aging Function Design. Design function control cabinet, time required for
aging, temperature, all kinds of operation switch can be operated on a control panel; the panel design of the
panel is beautiful and easy to operate.
6.3 Aging process can be fully automatic control, with some abnormal self-processing functions, so that the
operation is automated and simple.
6.4 Has multiple protection features, safe and reliable.
a. Electric anti-dry burning, when the fan fails or the temperature in the air duct is too high, the power of the
circulating system will be automatically cut off, and the alarm will alarm.
b. The linkage design of electric heating and fan, when the fan fails to start, the heater can not be started
separately. At the time of closing, the electric heat and the circulation fan are closed at the same time to
prevent the electric heating from damage due to dry burning.
c. Heater connection adopts high temperature resistant wire, 300OC does not burn.
d. Indoor installation of explosion-proof lighting, increase lamp life and prevent bulb explosion.
e. The use of flame-retardant insulation materials in the library, good insulation performance and high safety factor.
f. Over-temperature sound and light alarm function: In the over-temperature condition during the aging
process, the red light is on and the buzzer sounds.
g. Smoke alarm function: Smoke alarm is installed in the room to prevent the product from burning and
alarm in the process of aging products. The alarm box automatically shuts down the power of the aging
room.
