1. Application
This device is used to test the surface treatment of various materials. Introduction
KOMEG offers the newest and most modern salt fog testing chambers for your testing requirements. KOMEG salt spray test chambers are offered in 60 Liter, 270 Liter, 800 Liter and 960 Liter models and are cost effective solutions to accelerated corrosion testing of samples in salt fog. Models have an uncomplicated design that has optimized the open area to maximize the number of test coupons while providing headroom for testing large and bulky objects.
Ergonomic design
The KOMEG Salt Spray Chambers are floor standing units with lockable wheels (big models) to allow easy and secure repositioning. Height and reach distances provide easy access for loading and unloading coupon samples into removable slotted racks. An optional reinforced false floor is available to easily locate bulky and heavy test items.
Accessibility
The Salt Spray chambers have an uncomplicated design that optimizes the open area to maximize the number of test samples while providing ample room for testing large and bulky items.
Visibility
There are two kinds of material for the gabled canopy. One is the transparent material for the small model allowing full visibility inside the chamber. The other is the fully insulated covering with inspection window that will ensure the chamber achieves maximum operating temperature if the chamber is located in a cool laboratory environment.
Clean operation
The combined water drain and fog vent removes the test water and fog from the chamber to prevent salt fog escape into the test lab atmosphere when the canopy is opened.
Long chamber life
The chambers are made of hard PVC that stands up to the relentless attack of the corrosive test environment.

We provide two ways for your choice about packing:
A, Pack up directly, this needn't your more work but a bigger packing size;
B, Packing after tearing down the front drainage outlet and the back stents, then the package size and weight will become less. even you can choose to deliver by air. You just need to install the drainage outlets and stents again, but that's very easy. For example:
