Application
Hot and cold shock test chamber is divided into two-box and three-box type, the difference is that the test
method and internal structure are different, the product conforms to the standard: GB/T2423.1-2008 test
A, GB/T2423.2-2008 test B, GB- T10592-2008, GJB150.3-198, GJB360A-96 Method
The hot and cold impact test box is a necessary test equipment for metal, plastics, rubber, electronics and
other materials industries. It is used to test the structure of materials or composite materials, and can
tolerance it under extremely high temperature and extremely low temperature in a continuous environment.
The chemical change or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the sample
can be detected in the shortest time.
Control Method
With high and low temperature reservation cabinet , open the damper when necessary to do fast
temperature shock test . BTC (balance temperature control )system will control SSPR with PID to ensure
system heating equals to heat lost . So this system can work for long period stably .
