1. Walk-In Type Temperature Test Chambers
A KOMEG Walk-In Chamber serves as a test space for large components, assemblies, and finished products like complete TV, displayer, plug, socket, mobilephone, etc.. KOMEG manufactures both Panel Walk-In Chambers and Solid Walk-In Chambers and can be configured as a temperature chamber or a temperature humidity chamber.
A Panel Walk-In Chamber is also called aging room, made from lightweight insulated panels for fast and easy installation. Usually for electronics temperature aging, like recharger, PCBA, Battery, LCD, scanners, monitors, LED, biological equipment, etc. Outside banding helps prevent leaking and keeps moisture out of the Walk-In Chamber and workspace temperatures steady.
Solid Walk-In Chambers are custom built to accommodate almost any size. Mostly we apply disassembled way, so the transportation will be easy and the freight will be cheap.
They feature welded walls creating an environmental room for applications requiring controlled temperature and humidity testing exceeding 85°C. Typically, for ease of installation, a Solid Walk-In Chamber works best in new construction buildings, areas with extremely large doors, or rooms where outside walls can be easily removed.

4. KOMEG Temperature Humidity Test Chamber Features:
The refrigerating system is the core/heart part of the test chamber.
For enhance the whole refrigerating system performance, we use professional and advanced copper tube bending machine, this can decrease the welding points over 50%, and decrease right-angles of the tube, Also less welding points can reduce the resistance when the liquid flowing inside, to keep compressor working in higher efficiency, and better energy-saving.
And for welding the copper tube, we use Liquid Nitrogen protection welding technology, this can better protect the tube and keep the cooling system clean.
All this will do good to the compressor.
We use GEA Bock semi-hermetic compressor. According to our over 20 years experiences in this climatic test chambers field, GEA Bock Compressor has excellent performance in refrigerating effect and running stability; has good noise control, also energy-saving.
