Programmable Intelligent Touch Screen Control Thermal Shock Test Chamber For PCB Lab Testing
Thermal Shock Chambers Overview:
Thermal shock chamber is metal, plastic, rubber, electronics and other industries necessary test equipment. For the continuous exposure to extremely high temperature, very low temperature environment, instant exposure of the material structure or composite material tolerance, can be detected in the shortest possible time due to thermal expansion and contraction caused by chemical or physical damage.
Thermal Shock Chambers’ Characteristics:
1. Insulation materials, we use high-strength PU foam and high-density glass fiber cotton, can ensure high accuracy and uniformity, to avoid unnecessary energy loss. At the same time, our design can better ensure the safety of the pedestrian during the operation.
Interior and shell material:
For small standard models, the general use of stainless steel inner wall # 304 1.0mm, stainless steel shell # 304 1.2mm;
For larger models or special needs customization, we use # 304 stainless steel inner wall 1.5 to 3.0mm, stainless steel # 304 housing over 1.5mm;
3. Inner box material for the SUS304 # installation of stainless steel imports, the outer box for the steel, paint the application of automotive coating technology. Box with triumph processing machine forming, beautiful appearance.
4. Large-size full-color LCD touch screen display, easy to operate, easy to edit the program. PID has automatic calculation function; self-diagnosis function, step by step display failure message and fault shooting solution.
5. An RS-232 and RS-485 communication interface, supporting the recorder, scalability. We also support PC via wifi or line for remote control (recommended).
Differences between 3-zone and 2-zone thermal shock chamber:
3 zone thermal shock room:
Three rooms in total: test space, high temperature. Room and low temperature. room
Advantages: The weight of the test sample is slightly limited, the test sample remains stationary, can reduce the impact of the sample on its movement can be used for load testing.
Compared with the 2 zone, the failure rate is relatively low, low cost.
Disadvantages: long conversion time
2 Zone Thermal Impact Chamber:
There are only two rooms: high temperature room and low temperature room
Advantages: short conversion time, the need for smaller space
Disadvantages: test sample movement. The size of the test sample is limited by the basket size
