Thermal Shock Chambers’ Characteristics
1. The thermal insulation material, we adopt PU foam and high density high strength glass fiber cotton, can guarantee the high precision and uniformity, avoid unnecessary energy loss. At the same time, our design can better ensure the safety operation room on foot.
Interior wall and the shell material:
For small standard models, generally USES the stainless steel wall # 304 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm stainless steel case # 304;
For larger models or some special requirements for customization, we use # 304 stainless steel wall between 1.5 to 3.0 mm, the shell of the stainless steel # 304 more than 1.5 mm;
3. Inside the box is made of stainless steel SUS304 # installation imports, carton steel plate, paint process used car coating technology. Box body is made of triumph machine processing forming, appearance is beautiful and easy.
4. Large size full color LCD touch screen display, operation is simple, easy to edit program. PID automatic calculation function; Self diagnosis function, step by step according to failure message and fault solution.
5. A RS - 232 and RS - 485 communication interface, recorder, strong expansibility. We also support the PC via wifi or line remote control (recommended).
Below are differences between 3-zone and 2-zone thermal shock chamber
3 room thermal shock:
3 rooms in total: the test space, the high temperature. Room and low temperature. The room
Advantage: the test sample weight limit, slightly test samples remain still, can reduce the influence of sample for its mobile, can be used in the load test.
Compared with 2 zone type, the failure rate is relatively low, the cost is low.
Faults: long conversion time
Two area thermal shock chamber:
Only two rooms: high temperature and low temperature of the room
Advantages: short conversion time, needs less space
Weakness: the test sample. The size of the test sample basket size restrictions
